My and my daughter had an appointment. My daughter is only 4 so it was her first time. Gavin the optometrist was really patient and nice to her and spoke to her at her level so she could understand what he was doing. Ruth then helped us to pick out some glasses for my daughter and she was brilliant as well. She made it a fun experience for my daughter and picked some pretty glasses which she enjoyed trying on. She also have her lots of stickers because Gavin had forgotten! Brilliant service.

Boots Opticians in Aberystwyth were great with both my kids. They were really helpful in finding the best glasses and also letting us choose what style we wanted and making it work for our kids. They were so patient and thorough as well!
